This page lets you request deletion of your KurdPad account and the data associated with it. You don't need to reinstall or sign in to use it.

What gets deleted vs. what is retained

Deleted

Your email address (if you signed in)
Your anonymous user identifier
Your daily voice transcription counter

Retained

Nothing. We retain no copy of your audio (it's discarded at the moment of transcription) and no copy of anything you ever typed (we never receive that).

How to request deletion

Click the button below. It opens your email app pre-filled with the request. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.

Or email us directly at kurdpad@kurdishai.org with the subject Account deletion request — KurdPad.

What happens next

We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
We delete your account and the associated data within 30 days of confirmation.
You receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Anonymous users

If you have never signed in with an email address (the default for KurdPad), there is no persistent account to delete on our side. Uninstalling the app clears the local anonymous identifier. You can still email us if you'd like written confirmation that no account exists.
